Shaker Cup: Add one scoop of Labrada 100% Premium Micellar Casein Protein 4-10 ounces of water (according to your flavor preference), and shake until blended smooth. This is by far the easiest, quickest way to get the high quality protein you need right before bedtime. If you aren't consuming the shake within 2 hours of mixing, wait to add water until you are ready to consume. Keep all premixed shakes at room temperature (or colder) for up to 2 hours.
Blender: Add one scoop of Labrada 100% Premium Micellar Casein Protein to 4-10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage (according to your flavor preference) in a blender. Blend for 15-20 seconds. To increase thickness, add 2-3 ice cubes and blend for an additional 10 seconds.
